Jedds bird supplies should not be trusted with the medicine they sell for birds!!! I bought Enrofloxacin 100 mg/ml. I thought the price was affordable and it’s great to be able to purchase something necessary when your birds health is quickly deteriorating and either there isn’t a veterinary clinic available when the crisis strikes. I gave my duck Jedds Enrofloxacin as prescribed by a veterinary doctor online. The product was a FAKE!! It didn’t work at all. I took it to a local veterinarian and they agreed it was a very suspect product if even any medicine was in the bottle at all. I may send the product to be investigated but in the meantime I decided to call Jedds and ask where they get their medication manufactured and WOW!! Boy, the owner refused to tell me anything, handed the phone to an old man that told me he was the father and then I heard “Judd” say hang up! Here we are, average people trying our best to save a pet from agonizing pain and we get a fake product. As I write this I am getting more and more furious and when I finish this review I will look into where I can send the medication for testing its accuracy. They should get — — — —⭐️ (negative stars)

I placed an order for 2026AU seamless bands for my racing Pigeons’s and on the website JEDDS has them listed as green in color. When I received the bands today they were blue the same color as the ones I had from last year. So they are not as advertised on the website. When I called they said mail them back and they would pay for shipping that’s fine but now I have to be inconvenienced by having to shipping them back and waiting for a refund for the bands due to their false advertising. They are still on the website and advertised as being green. So just be warned that they advertise an item but you’re not guaranteed to receive it as advertised.

Purchased meds for sick fish, also spent for faster delivery. Delivery came 3 days AFTER expected date...and top that off with they sent me the wrong med. Tried for days to get help w this issue, ended up ordering from somewhere else. Sent multiple emails, left multiple phone messages for a week and half period. My issue was never resolved. They completely ignored all my communication attempts, provided no customer service/support what so ever. I have ordered from Jedds many times over the years for fish/bird products... never had one issue till last order. This ends my business relationship w them, there are other suppliers out there. Seems theres been a rash of bad experiences w them lately when reading the reviews.

I am out $80. They shipped bottles of liquid in a simple bubble mailer and have not responded to any emails. 3 emails over a week. Not even a simple "We will look into it response". Don't waste your time, find someone who cares about their customers.

⭐ Very Disappointed – Unprofessional and Untrustworthy I had a very bad experience with this company. I placed an order, they confirmed it, and they took my money. After two days, they suddenly cancelled the order without any proper explanation. The worst part is that they have NOT returned my money. I have tried contacting them multiple times through emails and phone calls, but they are not responding at all. No customer service, no updates, no refund. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Taking payment, cancelling the order, and then ignoring customers is not how a legitimate business should operate. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Please be careful before ordering from them.
